Summary. Implements an integrated multi-disease mapping strategy across departments in Gabon, using geostatistical models to assess Loa loa, onchocerciasis, and loiasis co-endemicity. Reveals within-department heterogeneity that would be missed by coarser mapping approaches, improving the safety and targeting of ivermectin MDA.
